Literally

LITERALLY: actually

I first discovered that Son knew what “literal” meant when reading Amelia Bedelia.   I made a comment about Amelia Bedelia being silly and Son countered, “It’s not that she’s silly, it’s that she’s very literal.”

Touché.

I was one proud mama.

Amongst my other achievements, it’s nice to know that I ensured at least one member of Generation Z will use “literally” correctly.

He put the word to good use again last week when he lost  his tooth…literally.
